Basically we have two types of proofreading services.
a.   Proofreading by a native speaker is for filtering stylistical mistakes. Native proofreading is usually made by linguists or lingual editors.
b.   Professional proofreading, which is suitable in case of user's guides, financial reports and other professional documents, contains the checking of terminus technicus and technical collocations. Professional proofreading is  usually made by an expert of the given field.

Proofreading usually costs 50% of the cost of translation. The fee can be higher in case of low quantity original translation.
